You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction • Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
