Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens Compensation: $100,000 yearly at plan
