You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens Compensation: $100,000 yearly at plan
