Benefits: • 401(k) • Full benefits (health, dental, vision) • Flexible schedule • Licensing sponsors • Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Proactively reach out to new prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and community networking • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Work closely with team members and mentors to continually sharpen your knowledge and skills • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards Qualifications: Please note, this is a full-time sales position! • Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong performance record • Knowledge of life insurance, annuities, investments, and retirement planning • Skilled in assessing client needs and providing tailored financial solutions • Proven ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses • Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts • Committed to ethics, compliance, and industry regulations • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently • Collaborative team player within New York Life’s professional network • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required • Bilingual is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
