    Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Sales experience preferred – business mindset, no mile too far • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life” • Strong business acumen • Professional business demeanor • Perseverance in the face of a challenge • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients • Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially, so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals • Cultivating relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients • Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise • Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of the community over time Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
