Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Compensation: $62,500 - $224,000
