Candidates will report to Latham, NY office Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and drive revenue growth. • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products that align with clients' goals. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that enhance our market presence. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide clients with up-to-date information. • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism. • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive first impression of our services. Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must live in or around the Albany, NY area • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in insurance, is essential. • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. • Proven track record of successfully managing and processing insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency. • Strong communication skills to effectively onboard new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. • Ability to evaluate clients' insurance needs and tailor solutions that align with their financial goals. • Experience in maintaining organized records and databases, ensuring all client information is current and accessible. • Proficiency in using marketing strategies, including networking and referrals, to grow a customer base is a plus. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
