Responsibilities: • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
