As a Broker, you’ll educate clients on the benefits of various life insurance products and retirement solutions, provide expert guidance, and help them select the best options for their goals. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn sales, marketing, leadership, and ventureship. Responsibilities: • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Find potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach. • Client Needs Analysis: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, family situations, and protection needs. • Policy Presentation & Education: Explain life insurance options (Term, Whole Life, IUL, etc.) in clear, simple terms. • Application & Underwriting Support: Assist clients with applications, gather documentation, and guide them through approval. • Client Service & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing policy reviews, support, and claims assistance. Qualifications: • Strong Communication & People Skills: Confident speaking with new people, building trust, and simplifying financial concepts. • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently and stay focused on income and production goals. • Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online applications.
