Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Acquire leads and call prospective clients to schedule informational discovery calls and present illustrated options via Zoom meetings or over the phone • Call/ Text/ sell insurance products Qualifications: • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Must reside in the USA • Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself • Must be able to invest in self • Must be positive/ no Debbie downers please Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission
