Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Acquire leads and call prospective clients to schedule informational discovery calls and present illustrated options via Zoom meetings or over the phone Qualifications: • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Must reside in the USA • Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself • Must be able to invest in self • must be positive/ no Debbie downers please.
