Responsibilities: • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims What You’ll Do: • Lead by example through personal production. • Recruit, train, and mentor new agents using our proven systems. • Build and manage a high-performing team. Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued What It Takes: • Prior sales or leadership experience (insurance a plus, but not required). • Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about developing people. • Strong communicator with a builder’s mindset. • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
