Responsibilities: • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Qualifications: • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain) • Reliable transportation for client meetings Compensation: $87,000 - $98,000
