(We have our own virtual call center via zoom.) • Requires a willingness to be trained • Willing to pursue insurance licensing if not already held • Motivate yourself! If you work hard enough, there is no limit to how much money you can make • You must be willing to be coached • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed) • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn • Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Compensation: $120,000 at plan earnings
