Responsibilities: No prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or insurance is required to start your journey toward success in this role! All you need is passion and a drive to make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing • Helping clients identify and prioritize financial goals • Delivering personalized strategies in life insurance, retirement, investments, and more • Building your practice through community outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives • Growing into leadership, if qualified, by mentoring newer agents Our extensive training program, including preparation for your state Life and Health licensing, will provide you with the tools and resources needed to succeed and build the career you envision. How We Compensate You: You have the power to drive your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of your agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements in 2022 was $115,917.* In that same year, the average income of the top 50 of those agents was $1.59 million. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) and pension* Qualifications: • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently • Individuals with a growth and entrepreneurial mindset • Outgoing with strong relationship-building skills ("People Person") • Fearless, positive attitude, and a willingness to take responsibility for results • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management • Eagerness for continuous learning • Strong communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to simplify complex information Compensation: $61,000 - $110,000 yearly
