Qualifications for the Life Insurance Sales Representative:
Must possess a Tennessee Life Insurance License
Life Insurance Sales experience is required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Understand prospects’ needs and identify sales opportunities
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our policies and services
Stay informed about competing products and services
