What you’ll do:
The HR Associate will be tasked with being the first point of contact employees and visitors have with our company. The primary responsibilities of the HR Associate are the following;
Monitor the flow of traffic within the office and manage and direct incoming calls on a multi line phone system to recruiters and appropriate individuals within the organization.
Perform office reception duties including greeting visitors and current employees.
Assist the HR team with the onboarding experience of new employees across the organization.
Process and organize applicant information.
Organize new hire information and pertinent tasks related to onboarding.
Maintain company-wide digital newsletter with up to date information on a weekly basis.
Organize and distribute Life Protect 247 merchandise.

What we require:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or higher. Coursework in Human Resources preferred
A minimum of one year Human Resource or receptionist experience prefered
ADP Software experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Possess a high level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to the philosophy and values of Life Protect 247
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and to work in a fast paced office environment
Proven ability to work in a team environment with associates
Capable of setting priorities and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Must be able to work occasional flexible hours.
Must be a self-starter, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and exercise sound judgment
Ability to become proficient in all forms of Life Protect 24/7 technology systems
Criminal history and other background checks will be required of the finalist candidate for this position. Satisfactory reference and background checks are a condition of employment
Shift:
7:45am-5:00pm Monday
8am-5:00pm Tuesday-Friday
