  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Review line clearance form for each Manufacturing operation to confirm that all Requirements have been met satisfactorily.
    • Visually inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies at various stages. Alert Production Supervisor of any quality issues. STOP production, if required, until the materials or process is brought back into conformance.
    • Communicating with the quality department when resolving quality issues.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all nonconforming materials are handled in accordance with appropriate procedures and documents.
    • Performs functional testing of assemblies and sub-assemblies. Ensure that finished products meet all customer specifications and requirements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of Quality Control Inspection Experience is required.
    • 2 years in the Medical Device Manufacturing Experience is preferred.
    • The uses of inspection equipment like calipers, micrometers and the comparator may be required to assure compliance with the work instructions.
    • Five years assembly and QC experience dealing with in-process and final drawings.
    • Previous experience in medical device manufacturing/assembly operations is desirable.
    • Requires good reading and mathematics skills.
