    Job Description

    LSO IS LOOKING FOR A TALENTED AND RESOURCEFUL INDIVIDUAL TO FILL THE POSITION OF WAREHOUSE MANAGER. THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE CEO OF THE COMPANY.

    BASIC FUNCTION

    • Responsible for managing warehouse, packaging area staff and workflow to consistently meet or exceed production schedules, delivering the highest quality product, while ensuring the safety of all personnel on shift.
    • Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through analysis of inventory variances and determination of root causes, then developing corrective actions.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES– To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    • Accountable for ensuring that production schedules are met daily.
    • Develops and implements continuous improvement.
    • Supports cycle counting program to ensure inventory accuracy goals are achieved and maintained.
    • Ensures that customer supplied material is received in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Ensures that finished and quarantined products are segregated and stored in a proper manner.
    • Provides raw material required in the clean room in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensures completed production is shipped in order to achieve customer expectations for on time delivery.
    • Assigns warehouse activities among subordinates including loading and unloading, shipping and receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse sanitation and boxing area.
    • Assists in training of Material Control personnel in proper methods and procedures.
    • Maintains warehouse in accordance with GMP standards.
    • Ensures that all material stored in the warehouse is properly identified so as to provide ease in location and accurate counting.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in a warehouse/operations managerial position.
    • Highly skilled in problem solving and analysis.
    • Possess strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
    • Professional, dependable, and able to multitask.
    • Must possess basic mathematical skills.
    • Forklift experience with an operator certificate.
    • Hazardous material handling certificate a plus.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
    • Detail-oriented.
