    What You’ll Do

As a Life Skills Coach (LSC), you’ll spend your time out in the community—not stuck behind a desk. You’ll walk alongside clients where they live, work, and socialize, helping them build confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Be supported 100% with your job and clients via highly trained Cypress ILS Team

    You’ll serve as:

A Partner – helping individuals lead independent, self-directed lives.

A Teacher – using creativity to teach skills like cooking, budgeting, and communication.

An Ambassador – fostering inclusion by connecting clients to their communities.

An Advocate – supporting individuals in making choices and standing up for their rights

A Supporter – encouraging personal goals and celebrating every milestone.
