    Job Description / FULL TIME Position

    Online Campus Coordinator

    The Campus Coordinator works with the Campus Pastor and Frontlines Manager to lead the volunteers and ministries of the campus. They help to ensure the consistency of ministry at the campus with the vision and values of LifeMission Church. They are essential in coordinating, communicating, and caring for the teams of volunteers at the campus and in helping build and recruit new team members.

    Principal Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support Online Campus Serve Teams

    • Schedule teams on a monthly basis

    • Recruit for and build teams

    • Training Online Church hosts and Online Campus team members

    • Schedule ongoing training for all serve teams in conjunction with Central Office teams. • Rock/Planning Center

    • Enter all serve team groups into Rock

    • Ensure team members are checking-in during weekend services

    • Create and manage monthly serve team schedule

    • Use Planning Center to notify team members of schedule and manage any changes to weekly schedule

    • Assist Campus Pastor in communication with Life Group leaders

    • Prepare for Online Weekend Services

    • Update hosting scripts each week

    • Update Livestream descriptions for Facebook & YouTube and submit to AVL Team

    • Update service flow in Planning Center

    • Assist and budgeting process

    • Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor

    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    Required Competencies for Position:

    • Communication – Ability to effectively communicate to, encourage, and train team members • Organization Skills - Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related team dynamics

    • Event Planning – Ability to help plan and coordinate events from initial planning stages to execution of event

    • Team Building – Confidence in recruiting, training, and building teams

    General Skills & Qualifications:

    • Influential leadership and communication skills

    • Strong time-management skills and multi-tasking ability

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to function within new current software and systems

    General Physical Requirements:

    • Sit/stand for long periods of time

    • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
