TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Entrance Screener.
Tasks include:
Monitor daily attendance to ensure adequate staffing
Fill-in for employee absences
Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between employees and customers.
Ensure adherence to best practices for entrance screening management and operations.
Train new hires and conduct entrance screening tasks, to include:
- Screen every individual attempting to access the facility.
- Differentiate between visitors and employees.
- Take the temperature of each employee and document the results.
- Ask the following questions:
- Are you experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19? The symptoms are: cough, feeling feverish, loss of smell, and/or difficulty breathing.
- Within the last 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (within 6 feet) with a person who has informed they have tested positive as COVID-19 by a physician or a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 test?
- In the last 14 days, have you been instructed from a health authority or physical to self-observe, self-isolate, or self-quarantine?
- Grant access to those whose temperature is less than 100.4F and have answered no to all screening questions. Denies access to those whose temperature is at or above 100.4F and/or has answered yes to any of the screening questions.
- Wear all appropriate PPE.
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and fosters a positive working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education, work experience considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to independently and as a member of a team
