    Job Description

    LifeSource, Inc. is currently searching for a CLIENT/ PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER __ to join our passionate and growing team as we strive to better serve and support the geriatric community living in Assisted and Nursing Facilities!

    LifeSource delivers healthcare services, primarily psychiatry and psychotherapy, on-site to residents of nursing home and assisted living facilities, as well as offering telehealth and office-based services in various locations.

    This position is responsible for partnering with our Business Development Team to manage relationships with our long-term care facilities (client sites) and the LifeSource healthcare providers assigned to their territory. Together, they balance the needs of our facilities and our providers and work directly with both to achieve mutual goals.

Those who’ve previously worked in a long-term care facility, in an inpatient setting, or a mental health office will find this position to be a great change of pace and closer to the administrative and personnel side of healthcare.

     

    This position’s duties are dynamic.

    Personal Aspects include:

    1. Maintaining harmony and balance among all of our LifeSource “customers”, which include the long-term care facilities we serve, the healthcare providers who deliver care, and our patients, along with their families. This is achieved through unparalleled customer service and building strong relationships.

    2. Providing superior support to client sites and healthcare providers; assisting with onboarding and initial startups, as well as offering ongoing support for your region.

    3. Identifying, preventing and/ or resolving concerns, problems or issues for clients and providers.

    4. Serving as a central point of contact for both providers and sites in your assigned region.

    5. Maintaining active communication with all sites and providers, as well as facilitating communication between the two groups.

    6. Nurturing relationships with facility personnel with whom we collaborate- other healthcare provider groups, suppliers, etc.

    7. Representing LifeSource as the “face” of our organization in Georgia, understanding and articulating the value that LifeSource brings to the sites and patients.

    8. Monitoring and positively influencing retention of sites and providers.

     

    Technical Aspects include:

    1. Understanding, monitoring and driving performance measures in your assigned region.

    2. Preparing reports and documentation on the performance in your assigned area- customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence, progress towards goals, etc.

    3. Providing training and education on our services and how we work to facility staff; providing education to patients and families, occasionally in a group setting.

    4. Maintaining reports and information on current projects, including work accomplished, work remaining, and productivity.

    5. Maintaining accurate and complete data for your assigned region in our Electronic Practice Management system; data is maintained on sites, providers, patients.

    6. Train and remain knowledgeable on all LifeSource standards, policies and procedures, and train incoming providers and client sites as applicable.

    7. Provide first-level technical support for our providers, including use of the EHR and associated systems such as ePrescribing and facility EHRs.

    8. Participating in planning, improvement and practice management activities.

    9. Understanding, adhering and promoting legal and regulatory guidelines as they relate to healthcare and our organization.

     

    Are you qualified? Here’s what we’re looking for:

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Medical related field preferred, but open to Business or Similar Grads with 3+ years of Medical Experience (sales, marketing, or service)

    · Social Worker experience highly desired

    · LTC/Nursing/Skilled Nursing Facility experience also highly desired

    · 5 years of customer service experience

    · Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    · Previous experience working with EMR systems would be a huge advantage

    · Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple client sites and meet with providers and personnel regularly

    · Reliable transportation

    · Excellent customer service skills

    · Excellent communication skills – public speaking, working with healthcare providers and personnel, electronic communications

    · Minimal supervision - self-driven and autonomous

    · Works well both in a team and individual environment

    · Strong sales and/ or customer service backgrounds also considered

     

    This position operates as part of LifeSource’s remote workforce and requires reliable home internet, a suitable, professional workspace and adherence to all remote workforce standards
