    **Your Role & Responsibilities: **

    • Manage customer orders; process purchase orders and communicate with customers regarding new orders, delays and shipments
    • Work in partnership with Operations and production facility to oversee orders in production to ensure on time deliveries
    • Support Shipping Department with both domestic and international freight
    • Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as ordering office supplies, coordinating tradeshow logistics, etc.

    What we are looking for in a Candidate:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
    • Strong attention to detail and strong organization skills
    • Must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office strong Excel skills a must
    • CRM and ERP experience a plus, preferably with Business Central and Zoho
