LifeWorx is a premier in-home elder care and domestic staffing company seeking a Client Relations Manager for our Englewood, NJ office.

This role is responsible for the full sales cycle from initial call to close, as well as helping market our company to various local assisted living facilities, nursing homes, social workers, geriatric care managers, and physicians in the Greater New York area.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Client account management, understanding their needs and building relationships
• Interacting with prospects and clients to solve their needs with a high level of trust, accountability, and communication
• Helping clients find the most fitting match for their family based on their needs and wants
• Cold calling and visiting local healthcare facilities in order to introduce them to LifeWorx and discuss our value and what sets us apart from other home care agencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Bachelor's degree
• Must have at least 5 years of sales/client management experience
• Must have good time management and strong interpersonal skills as well as outstanding verbal and communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to work full time, five days per week from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Compensation will be $35,000-$45,000 base salary and guaranteed commission of $800-1000/week for the first 6 months of employment while you build up your book of business. Commission is paid out every 4 weeks based on revenue generated, uncapped and no draw. Additional bonuses are available based on the individual and company performance.
