We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and order information and resolving order issues , must have computer WiFi and phone . This is a contract position . RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries through the phone and email
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer orders and accounts based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new products and services
