AMAZON ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

LBD2C / Revmo is a full-service agency focused on maximizing a brand’s potential on Amazon.com through on-channel marketing, data analytics, strategic initiatives, and comprehensive account management. We work hand-in-hand with our parent company, Lifebrands D2C, to combine the power of television with the evolution of Amazon to provide an unprecedented growth strategy for clients. We are looking for someone eager and excited to build an operation from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Professionally communicate information with clients both online and offline
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and brand advocate
• Set and manage client expectations
• Strategize on sales and marketing growth opportunities for clients
• Set up and monitor Amazon seller accounts including account health KPIs and customer inquiries
• Work with Amazon Seller and Vendor Support to resolve account issues
• Develop and distributing data reports through Excel and various web interfaces
• Create SEO-focused customer-facing product copy
• Build and communicate FBA inventory recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

A qualified candidate possesses all or most of the following:

• 3+ years Amazon.com experience
• 2+ years agency or client-based account management experience
• Advanced level of Amazon system knowledge
• Extremely detail-oriented and capable of taking direction
• Displays professionalism in a client-facing environment
• Advanced problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer navigation skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team mentality and ability to work closely with teammates to achieve company objectives
• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
