This role will support the President of Lifecore both internally and externally as a high visibility strategic partner and will report into the VP of HR. This role will be instrumental in streamlining administrative functions, leading the administrative services team, and managing a broad spectrum of activities and situations. In short, the Executive Administrative Assistant has an opportunity to make an impact across the organization, as well as with partners in our business, community, and investors!

In this primarily onsite position, you'll have the opportunity to:

This position could be a great fit for you if you are a polished and highly skilled Executive Assistant professional with the ability to keep calm under pressure, to prioritize and to manage multiple (and sometimes competing!) tasks. This role requires the utmost confidentiality, a strong work ethic, the ability to independently problem solve and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, the ideal candidate will need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary/vocational training preferred

    • Flexibility to be available during off hours for needs that arise within the organization and with the Board.
