The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue
- Develop and execute customer email newsletters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing assets and customer content, including case studies and social media campaigns
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze performance to optimize results and ROI
- Continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience to maximize customer engagement and goal conversion through department collaboration and a curiosity mindset
What you will be doing:
- Support in planning and executing customer-centric marketing strategies, including social media campaigns
- Manage and support development and execution of key customer marketing deliverables, including monthly newsletter, case studies, and testimonials
- Audit and maintain critical customer advocacy programs including customer testimonials, case studies, and referral program
- Support efforts around customer engagement, advocacy, retention, and expansion, including nurture and retention campaigns
- Create and maintain the lifecycle and partnership campaign calendar
- Support the Customer Marketing team in the development of processes and new initiatives
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather applicable data at key touchpoints for improvement and development of best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
- Positive and organized working style
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
