With full time and part-time shifts schedules available, make a career change or work 1 day a week. We pay for experience and leadership roles are available for the right candidate.

No experience? No problem! We only require a passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality, we’ll teach you the rest.

What will you be doing? Swim Instructors and Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by:

Teaching 4 swimmers per class by going through a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety, swim and swimplay skills (6 swimmers in our infant, parent-and-me style lessons). Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and is followed by the next lesson consecutively for a 4-hour shift.

Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class

Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or needed

Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.

Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
