Camp Killoqua is hiring Swim & Boating Lifeguards / Swim Instructors for our summer season! This is a live-on-site summer camp position where staff live at camp and help create a safe, fun, and engaging experience for campers.

Lifeguards supervise and teach youth at our waterfront, leading swimming and boating activities in a lake setting. Our waterfront includes canoes, rowboats, sailboats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. In addition to lifeguarding and swim instruction, staff support the broader camp community through camper supervision, evening programs, and other shared camp responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification

Experience working with youth

Comfort working in an outdoor camp environment

Training may be available for the right candidates.

Dates: June 15 – August 21

Room and board provided as part of compensation

Applicants must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
