Genesis is hiring lifeguards! This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool and providing a safe environment to swim, learn, and play!

This job is for year round weekday and weekend lifeguards. Opening, Midday, and Closing lifeguards are needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain constant watch of the water and pool area

Enforce rules and procedures

Keep pool and pool area clean and safe

Use equipment as assigned

Help record/maintain pool chemical readings

Open and close pool

Quickly perform and demonstrate emergency procedures

Maintain equipment, pool and equipment storage area

Expectations:

Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs

Engage in actions that positively impact the member experience

Ability to respond to common inquiries

Job Requirements:

Lifeguard Certification

Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification

Ability to work well with others

Must be at least 16 years of age
