We are seeking experienced Direct Sales / Door to Door Reps to help market the following services throughout our new expansion territories for Spectrum/Charter and Frontier Communications. Get in on the ground floor! - Permanent Long-Term Position We are hiring Sales Consultants, Marketing Representatives, Field Trainers, and Managers! Customer Segments * ACP Customers - Qualify for Free Internet* * Fiber Migration - Customers using old DSL Service we are upgrading to Fiber *NEW Customers - Customer's with a competitors service never that never had any other options Spectrum/Charter and Frontier are offering the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit to be combined with their packages: New national legislation for an affordable connectivity program has just been passed which will qualify many residents to receive High-Speed Internet absolutely free for a minimum of 1 year! Who Qualifies? You will be extensively trained to answer questions and use a consultative enrollment approach to build value with new and existing customers. All agents will go through a training course to develop a full understanding of the specific Frontier products and the government program they'll be representing. A key focus of the training will be on determining eligibility and quickly enrolling a customer. As an enrollment specialist, the overall core responsibility is creating the absolute best possible customer experience imaginable.
