We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Referral Specialist to join our Outside Sales team. As a Referral Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential referral partners in order to generate new business opportunities for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential referral partners, such as real estate agents, financial advisors, and other industry professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners through regular communication and networking events.
- Educate referral partners about our products and services, and the benefits of referring their clients to us.
- Track and manage all referrals and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with referral partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
