Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. We are opening a new 24-hour location in Johnstown, PA.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical exams and health assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Monitor patients' health and progress
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized accrediting body
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
