Lifeline Medical Center, LLC is growing and is looking to bring on several Licensed Clinicians to work with our flourishing organization as we continue to grow nationwide. Lifeline Medical Center, LLC started by clinicians and medical staff for Clinicians. Our goal was to make sure that clinicians are able to be compensated for the hard work they do caring for the clients in their own communities. We want clinicians to enjoy working and helping out their communities while working towards their own goals.

Our clinicians start off gaining clients as Part time clinicians and come up to full time at 30 clients a week so they are able to adjust easier to learning the health care system. There may be potential to go into office as we continue grow.

Essential Functions :

• Provide direct client care in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Perform all tasks required to provide high-quality services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client notes, progress notes, and client charts in the appropriate patient chart.
• Attend all required staff meetings and work collaboratively with other providers to provide care to our clients.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client notes, progress notes, and patient charts.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide feedback on client progress as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervising clinician or director.

Position Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field of study; or one to two years of experience in a licensed treatment facility; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

One year of experience working with individuals with mental health issues in a clinical setting preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Licensed in Arkansas by their respective board : LPC, PsyD, PhD, MSW, LMFT or applicable licensing board.
