Lifeline Recruiting is currently seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter. Come join our team of Independent Contractors in providing exceptional recruitment and hiring services to companies in the medical field. We also help place job seekers into open positions for temporary, temp-to-hire and, direct placement work.

Candidates should be proactive, organized, skilled at multitasking and have excellent customer service skills. Our team of recruiters, sales and management work together closely to create the best matches of employee and client.

You will be responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidate in order to fill orders/placements, as well as, follow up and customer care and communication to complete the order. You will be given the tools to succeed, but your actual success is dependent upon you.

This is a complete commission-based opportunity with one of the highest commission structures in the industry. As an IC you can work remotely, and chose your own hours. The amount you work is directly related to how much you put in.
