PHYSICIAN PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM - NEEDED in MICHIGAN

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Florida Client who is a Leader in Hormone Optimization is seeking Physician Partner for their Program
• Since not everyone can travel TO Florida, this client is looking for Providers to partner-with Across-the-Country.
• Providers would be paid a flat, yearly fee for providing a Physical Exam & a Blood Draw.
• Everything else is done at the home office in Florida.

SUBSTANTIAL FLAT YEARLY FEE.
