Job Overview Are you a networking pro with a passion for the luxury beauty and wellness industry? We are seeking a high-energy B2B Brand Ambassador to drive retail and aesthetic service growth for our luxury MedSpa. This role focuses on building partnerships with gyms, boutiques, salons, and lifestyle brands to promote our non-medical service menu.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Partnerships: Establish "Perk Programs" with local lifestyle businesses (gyms, yoga studios, high-end retail) to promote aesthetic services.

Event Coordination: Organize "Pop-up" information booths or "Beauty Nights" at partner locations.

Sales Growth: Drive revenue for retail skincare lines and non-medical aesthetic services (facials, non-invasive body contouring, etc.).

Compensation Structure

Performance-Based: You will earn a 15% commission on all qualifying non-medical services and retail products sold through your established partnerships.

Note: This commission structure excludes all medical procedures, injections, and mental health services to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong background in retail sales, brand ambassadorship, or the beauty industry.

Outgoing personality with a deep rolloff of local Glendale/Peoria business contacts.
