We offer:
• RainSoft® is a 65-year-old international company and is the leading brand of water treatment and air purification systems worldwide. We have more than 150 offices in the US alone. Our local office in San Dimas is currently interviewing for positions in outside sales.
• We are also a service provider for a big box home improvement store with a presence in 110 stores throughout Southern California. We schedule qualified appointments for our sales team face-to-face with customers in the stores. There is NO cold calling and NO door-to-door sales.
• The bottled water industry is huge and so is the water treatment equipment industry. With all the news about water recently, including concerns about lead, copper etc. demand is now at an all-time high.
• We are looking for highly motivated outside salespeople to represent our company and our exclusive products.
• We offer a complete line of equipment including whole-house systems, drinking water systems and air purification systems for residential & commercial applications.
• Salary plans and commission plans. You choose the plan that you're most comfortable with if you are selected to join our team.
• Pre-set/pre-qualified appointments, which means no cold calling at all.
• State-of-the-art iPad presentation. Paid training which also includes sales and closing methods that work. Support from a local Big Box store near your home.
• A product that every homeowner wants and can afford.
• If you are a high-image sales professional with experience with in-home sales, home improvement, real estate, insurance, etc., your experience will be helpful.
• If you are just starting your sales career and are energetic, self-motivated and willing to follow a proven program, we will train you.
• The only requirement for a personal one-on-one interview is the highest degree of team mindset, a “can-do” attitude and uncompromising ethics.
