Customer Service Representative
compensation: $16.65 – $18.00 PER HOUR

Lifetime Tennis Inc. with offices located in Campbell, CA is looking for customer service representatives for its location in Santa Clara, CA. Lifetime Activities is a successful, mature company with over 25 years of experience managing and staffing tennis / recreational facilities.

(www.lifetimeactivities.com) DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the Santa Clara tennis community by assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, basic class placement advice to a diverse clientele. Must be able to anticipate the needs of knowledgeable patrons as well as new customers seeking advice and guidance. The ideal candidate is a friendly customer focused individual who enjoys helping others and working in a positive team environment.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Conduct point of sale transactions
String rackets (training provided)
Help customers make court and class reservations
General cleaning/disinfecting of the pro-shop, courts, and restrooms
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to follow and enforce city and company Covid-19 procedures and precautions SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
Strong customer / communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and skills
Detail oriented
KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING IS A PLUS:
Tennis and the tennis playing community
Racket technology and stringing (training available)
Point of sale and retail experience
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Computer (Windows 10, Office Suite, Internet, E-mail, Club Automation...training available)
POSITIONS OFFERED: Customer Service Rep: $16.65 - $18.00 / hour depending on experience and capabilities TYPICAL SCHEDULE:
20-28HRS/WEEK
Weekday evenings and weekends (daytime)
20 - 28hours per week.
