CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST I - FIREFLY ENGAGEMENT
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates and launches digital content for channels and assets such as: outbound and inbound emails, one-page case studies, presentations, social media ads and postings, blogs, video scripts and other forms of content marketing.
- Creates and optimizes sales and marketing email campaigns and social media content calendar for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Manages MailChimp email campaigns, integrating A/B tests and automation to increase results and efficiencies, and also content creation for company website.
- Works alongside management to maintain Google and Facebook Ads for company and clients.
- Report weekly performance metrics to management.
- Analyze data and reports from published content collected from internal and external sources.
Experience and Requirements
- Associates Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications with 1+ year of experience, or 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Great at communicating needs, ideas and solutions to support project and company growth.
- Excellent written native English - B2B content marketing experience preferred.
- Excels in working independently and proactively with the goal of wanting to support improvement and the overall success of the Firefly Engagement Sales and Marketing team.
- Takes ownership for their role and knows what it means to “roll your sleeves up” to work towards a unified mission.
- Organized, punctual, professional and accepts constructive criticism, acknowledging the opportunity to grow.
