The core function of this position is to manage the delivery of ad impressions on the Liftable Media network of sites and apply best practices in ad technology. Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and QA advertising campaigns using DFP ad-serving platform
• Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and report discrepancies
• Continually monitor advertising campaigns and ensure that they adhere to technical specifications
• Keep up with industry trends, news, or changes that might impact Liftable Media's business
• Optimize user experience, specifically for homepage and content pages, by making sure that relevant content is easily viewable to the user
• Work with ad operations team to drive revenue per pageview
• Communicate with network partners and relay key information to team members 
• Facilitate a competitive real-time bidding (RTB) environment for the network of sites
• Cultivate the digital environment to encourage users to consume more content
• Interpret analytics to optimize display output across multiple verticals and channels
• Assist the Director/Manager of Ad Operations in day-to-day operations 
• Project management and client services may be required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to think outside of the box and benchmark ideas from other leading publishers 
• Must be a self-starter and self-learner with a passion for technology and data
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Must have a high degree of personal accountability
• Team player with excellent interpersonal/ collaboration skills
• Must be adaptable to a constantly changing industry and environment
• Ad ops or ad tech experience a plus, but not required
• HTML/ JavaScript experience a huge plus, but not required
