    I know what you're thinking. Perhaps the Orthodontics industry isn't what you were looking for. If I am being honest, that's what I initially thought.     As LightForce Orthodontics is growing in the market, our manufacturing team is growing rapidly. A critical aspect of the business success is to enable us to quickly onboard new hires.

    As a KM associate you will be responsible for creating and administering training programs which will enable LightForce to scale its manufacturing workforce quickly and efficiently from hire until full productivity. As a KM associate you will be leading content through creation, maintenance, and continual shaping of a targeted series of custom training sessions, in the most efficient way with the highest standards possible.

    The Knowledge Management associate is also responsible for building and organizing the company's training assets in knowledge base programs and to make sure that knowledge is flowing efficiently throughout the organization.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and improve the current knowledge management and training programs as well as encourage use of new practices
    • Analyzing the effectiveness of the knowledge management programs by observing its usage and evaluate its impact in terms of the organizational benefits
    • Utilize the knowledge base resources to design a training module for employees to help them access the knowledge management tools
    • Manage all training content and databases to ensure good visibility, use, and effectiveness of the system across the company
    • Support and maintain all content and push updates to ensure team is up to date with recent changes
    • Track and monitor certification across the company
    • Show great drive and commitment to the organization and mission; Inspires others; Maintain high standards of personal integrity;
    • Work in collaboration with people across the organization; Acknowledge others' contributions; Work effectively with diverse individuals; Willing to seek help as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • An Engineering or Business degree
    • More than 2 years of experience with developing and delivering knowledge management tools and programs
    • Experience with LMS / Knowledge Management and certification tools
    • Proven ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of seniority 
    • Experience with knowledge management systems, processes and procedures, together with an understanding of the medical device sector (plus) 
    • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to clearly and accurately convey information 
    • Project Management experience is required
