Summary:
Our Company is a web-based virtual training system that is licensed and private labeled to our clients as a “SaaS” solution. We are seeking a Licensing Specialist to be responsible for selling our premiere sales and training content to high-level Professionals and Business Owners as well as conducting sales opportunity calls for niche campaigns. Using scripts, product knowledge, and communications skills, our Licensing Specialists generate sales and interest. They will work to engage the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going. They may make the initial contact and hand the prospect off once interest is established or an appointment is made, or they might be responsible for the sale from start to finish. Quotas are set which require the Licensing Specialist to make a specified number of calls or reach a minimum dollar or sales number. Sales to individuals may require evening and weekend shifts.
Description of Duties:
Licensing Specialist will call and speak with small business owners, large corporations, and subject matter experts all over the world, consulting and advising on LightSpeed VT services and products
Sell the value of Interactive OnDemand Training and interact with our customer base to collect additional insight on what they need to excel personally and in their business
Utilize sales and marketing tools along with techniques to ensure contact calls are as impactful as possible
Represent the finest subject matter experts and clients such as: Dave Anderson, Dr. Tony Alessandra, Mike Staver, UFC, Ashley Furniture and PGA just to name a few
Effectively communicate, provide feedback and contribute new ideas to help progress the sales and marketing of our subject matter experts

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED, some college preferred but not required
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must reside in Clark County as this is not a remote position

We operate in a professional office environment and routinely use standard office equipment

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is a combination of base + commission. Your pipeline and the entire sales cycle is in your hands; you control how much commission is earned. We offer a great benefits and excellent working conditions!
