JOB DUTIES:
- Complement existing management and assist in Company growth plans.
- Oversee field staff on assigned service and project work orders.
- Periodic field work subject to Company workload.
- Provide technical support to Company office and field personnel.
- Support Company Sales Team in providing appropriate solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare job pricing estimates and determine manpower requirements.
- Prepare written proposals, contracts, and material lists for customer engagement.
- Assure compliance to electrical codes in all projects and service work.
- Substantial contributor of Employee Electrical, Safety and Equipment Training.
- Supervise Projects and assist Project Managers.
- Assist staff in arranging service work and projects for field execution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master Electricians License
- 10+ years of Electrical Experience
- Experience in lighting system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Experience with sign maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Trained in the use of Bucket Trucks and Aerial Lifts.
- In depth knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Reliable and Dependable.
- Willing to work extended hours on reasonable notice.
- Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Conscientious about completing paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Occasional travel and night work supervision.
- Must be able to satisfy all applicable requirements of United States Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) – Including appropriate driver’s license and qualifications, background and drug screening, physical exam, etc.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
