JOB DUTIES: 

• Complement existing management and assist in Company growth plans.
• Oversee field staff on assigned service and project work orders.
• Periodic field work subject to Company workload.
• Provide technical support to Company office and field personnel.
• Support Company Sales Team in providing appropriate solutions to prospective customers.
• Prepare job pricing estimates and determine manpower requirements.
• Prepare written proposals, contracts, and material lists for customer engagement.
• Assure compliance to electrical codes in all projects and service work.
• Substantial contributor of Employee Electrical, Safety and Equipment Training.
• Supervise Projects and assist Project Managers.
• Assist staff in arranging service work and projects for field execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master Electricians License
• 10+ years of Electrical Experience
• Experience in lighting system maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Experience with sign maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Trained in the use of Bucket Trucks and Aerial Lifts.
• In depth knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong Work Ethic.
• Reliable and Dependable.
• Willing to work extended hours on reasonable notice.
• Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Conscientious about completing paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Occasional travel and night work supervision.
• Must be able to satisfy all applicable requirements of United States Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) – Including appropriate driver’s license and qualifications, background and drug screening, physical exam, etc.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
