    Job Opening:  LSI has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant

    JOB DUTIES:  

    • Enter and prepare Accounts Payable invoices for payment
    • Maintain company vehicle logs
    • Office administration (maintain Company calendar, order office supplies, order/distribute uniforms and safety equipment, process vacation requests)
    • Enter Purchase Orders into accounting system
    • Create Work Orders for incoming jobs
    • Assist in the setup, execution, and completion of projects by acquiring licenses and permits, providing customer documentation, ordering material, documenting progress, scheduling inspections, and other duties as required.
    • Assist technical staff in the calculation of job ticket cost and adherence to budget
    • Assist Billing Manager in the collection of data for creating customer invoices
    • Assist Service Manager in maintaining and ordering inventory
    • Assist Operations Manager in preparing Quotes and Job Estimates for existing and new customers
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

     

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Ability to follow detailed instruction 
    • Good phone skills and ability to communicate politely and effectively with customers and vendors 
    • Desire to advance and take on new responsibilities as and integral part of a growing Team
    • Must pass Drug Screening and Background Check
