    Qualifications:

    · 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in builder sales or related field.

    · Experience in Interior design, lighting and/or building products, luxury home furnishing and/or lighting industry preferred.

    · Proficient computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Windward Software.

    · Experience in project management with the ability to manage client expectations and time effectively

    · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide variety of people and build longstanding relationships

    · Excellent communication and organization skills with focus on attention to detail

    · Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules in fast-paced environment

    · Ability to achieve results independently as well as work well with a team

    Job Responsibilities: Identify and contact prospective customers to market Lowcountry Lighting Studio's products and services. Source and follow-up on sales leads to develop new business. Recommend products to customers, based on their needs and interests. Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and specifications. Collaborate with Sales Team to maximize sales growth. Ensure proper follow-up on all sales transactions that results in clean sales, minimal returns, and customer satisfaction. Perform electrical take offs from architectural plans and create bids based on scope of work. Meet with homeowners and interior designers to perform lighting selections. Attend job site walk throughs with construction team (s) to ensure preconstruction electrical design meet project bids and scope of work. Create detailed specification books for non-decorative and decorative lighting. Manage all aspects of project from initial consultations to order entry, tracking and scheduling delivery. Manage and execute all steps of the sales process from sales lead to final invoice to the customer Ensure proper follow-up on all sales transactions that results in clean sales, minimal returns, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with all company and showroom policies and procedures Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized showroom appearance which Independently open and close showroom Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
