Job Description

Lighting Unlimited, Arizona’s premier lighting distributor, is seeking 2 OUTSIDE SALES REPS, to pursue new customer relationships and expand existing ones in the commercial, government, contractor, and industrial markets.

We are looking for people who are willing to learn, good problem solvers, and driven to be successful. Previous experience in lighting or sales is not required. We will teach you the industry and how to be successful as a salesperson.

This position is a vital component of the company and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the company growth and business development goals. This position demands excellent communication and time management skills. You will be working with multiple deadlines on various projects in several markets and report to the President and Co-Owner. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ at our new 18,000 sq. foot headquarters, but you will spend most of your time calling on customers and prospects and visiting job sites.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business field.
• Cool under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive company growth by creating new customers and growing relationships with existing customers.
• Visit customer and job sites, perform audits, and recommend solutions and upgrades.
• Attend meetings, sales events, trainings, and conferences as needed.
• Complete company provided NAILD LS-1 training.
