    JOB DUTIES

    • Ability to communicate with Fortune 500 companies with various departments
    • Uncover errors in customer billing and aid Lightwire Network customers with clearing billing issues
    • Perform billing functions, generate customer invoices and email’s daily
    • Review job cost reports and communicate with management, vendors and customers to resolve billing errors
    • Generate Accounts Receivable and Payable reports for current, past due and delinquent accounts
    • Following up on incorrect or missing billing invoices
    • Assist other department with other administrative tasks
    • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings with vendor and clients
    • Assist with improving billing and data entry

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Effective written and oral communication skills
    • Proven Excellent Customer Service, follow up and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Familiar with Excel, Outlook and Word
    • Basic Math Knowledge and Keyboard Skills
    • Familiar with iOS/Windows
    • MUST be able to multitask and work well under pressure
    • MUST me be able manage multiple business lines simultaneously.

    Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
